At EverFive, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition you received it
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as personal care, hygiene-related products, and opened consumables may not be eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@everfive.mt with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees and Payment processing feed are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used personal care items
- Perishable goods
- Sale or Clearance items
- Gift cards or promotional items
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
