Shipping policy
At EverFive, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within Malta and Gozo.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to:
- Malta
- Gozo
We do not currently offer international shipping, but this may change in the future.
2. Shipping Method
We use third-party courier services to handle all deliveries.
This means:
- Orders are packed and dispatched by EverFive
- Delivery is completed by trusted external courier partners
- Once your order is handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by them
3. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day
During busy periods (such as promotions or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Malta & Gozo: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.
6. Delivery Issues & Delays
While we work closely with our courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High delivery volumes
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Logistics or route disruptions
EverFive is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the courier, but we will always assist in resolving any issues.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
- Incorrect address details
- No one available to receive the parcel
- Unclaimed parcels
The courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
8. Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. Couriers may also contact you by phone.
9. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photos where possible
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
